MET Benefit Combined Test and Dressage Show Sponsorships

Proceeds from the Masterson Equestrian Trust (MET) Benefit Combined Test and Dressage Show
allow for the maintenance and improvement of the equine facilities at Masterson Station Park. The
Park, located off Leestown Road in Lexington, Ky., is open to any equestrian who is interested in trail
riding, riding in the hunter show ring or dressage rings, cross-country schooling or those who simply
wish to enjoy their horse.
The MET Benefit show in April is the one of the first outdoor horse shows of the new competition year;
this show draws many trainers and riders from around the Bluegrass to a friendly and welcoming
horse-show environment.

This show is a great way to showcase your business to a unique group of potential customers! As a
valued sponsor, we can help you customize your marketing message to really “speak” to this crowd of
horse enthusiasts.
Beyond the April Venue, MET has a loyal following of horse people from all aspects of the equine
world: eventers, Pony Clubbers, hunters/ jumpers, fox hunters, dressage riders, driving enthusiasts,
Thoroughbred breeders and owners, and trail riders. The MET board sends out an annual newsletter
to over 1,500 horse owners and our popular Facebook page has over 4,400 followers. We also have
an easy-to-navigate website that is frequently visited. Horse show sponsors get the chance to promote
their businesses in front of all our followers, both in print and electronically.
There are several options open to you as a sponsor of the Masterson Equestrian Trust (MET) Benefit

Additional background on MET and Masterson Station Park:
This show benefits the equine facilities at Masterson Station Park. The equine facilities at the Park
include several levels of cross-country courses, four dressage rings, an indoor arena, outdoor show
arena, outdoor hunter course and acres of open space to ride. It is a favorite place for local riders to
show, school and trail ride. It is a city park, so it is open to all, free of charge. Since it is far more
accessible than the Kentucky Horse Park, people come from all over to ride at Masterson!
The Masterson Equestrian Trust Foundation is a 501 c (3) whose purpose is to keep the equestrian
facilities at Masterson Station Park open to the equestrian public. We work with both the county and
the city to maintain and improve the facilities and advocate for the horse people.
