COVID-19 Release:

Attendees are required to police themselves regarding any COVID-19 symptoms once a day prior to the competition. For instance, anyone with a temperature of 99.4+ may not enter the park.

Anyone who exhibits COVID-19 symptoms, has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last two weeks, or who has been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last two weeks cannot enter Masterson Station Park. * Exception: Healthcare personnel who have treated patients using appropriate medical grade PPE during the course of performing professional duties are exempted from this restriction.

By proceeding, you are stating that to your best knowledge, you are healthy and not a risk.

Liability Release:

In consideration of Masterson Station Park/Masterson Equestrian Trust allowing my participation in this activity, I, the RIDER, and the parent or guardian thereof of a minor, do agree to hold harmless and release Masterson Station Park/Masterson Equestrian Trust, its owners, agents, employees, officers, members, premises demand legal actions and causes of action, against Masterson Station Park/Masterson Equestrian Trust, and/or its associates, for any economic and non-economic losses due to bodily injury, death, property damage, sustained by me and/or my minor child or legal ward in relation to the premises and operations of Masterson Station Park/Masterson Equestrian Trust, to include while riding, handling, or otherwise being near horses.
